Pastor Corey D. Butler, Affectionately know as Pastor Corey, from the age of five
knew that he had calling to preach the gospel. After years of divine
preparation God release Brother Corey to preach his trial sermon in June of 1992. In 1998 Minister Butler received a prophecy
that when he goes away to college that he would not
look for the bible studies but he would start them. One year later the Lord spoke and instructed him to start Jesus Is The
Way (Campus Outreach) Ministries. On October 18 1999 Minister Butler had the ministries first service in the Founders Library
on NIU’s campus. In November of 2000 Minister Butler participated in a Ministerial Ordination under his present Pastor.
Now Pastor Butler operates fully in the Call of God on his life to minister to the masses and set the captives free. In 2003
The Lord spoke and revealed an apostolic call upon the life of Pastor Butler. This like other times in his life this is a
time of preparation for the next plateau in life and ministry Pastor Butler as
a seasoned minister teaches and preaches the Word of Faith with simplicity, clarity and revelation that leads to spiritual
freedom and liberty. Pastor Butler brings a practicality to the truth of the Word that can be applied by all. It is through
this anointed vessel God brings forth the Truths of the Word with humor, simplicity and power. Pastor Corey has a Bachelor
of Arts from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. He holds a Th. M and Th.D
from NSCU.
